Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering) or equivalent. Job experience:- Experience in managing base metals flotation processes, with exposure to or management of Woodgrove’s Direct Flotation Reactors (DFR) being a distinct advantage.
- At least 15 years of job experience in mining or other heavy industry.
- Managerial experience: at least 5 to 10 years in similar managerial roles in the mining industry, with strong preference for experience with large capital mining projects , from engineering completion stage through plant ramp up.
- Experience with the start-up of concentrator operations , and managing all concentrator activities of significant scale and complexity.
- Possesses ‘cold climate’ experience and has worked on projects located in extreme cold weather climates, or experience working in remote and/or extreme locations.
