Senior Integrated Producer, Dubai Join our team as a Senior Integrated Producer, driving the creative process of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the production process of integrated campaigns from concept to completion, nurturing client relationships, and fostering the creation of compelling campaign creative. This role requires project planning and seamless execution, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and creative excellence. Location - Dubai, 4 days a week in our agency office and one from home. Key responsibilities
- Lead the creative development process from inception to final delivery.
- Lead project briefings, budget planning, and scheduling, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends especially in film, photography, and emerging production/creative technologies CGI, AI, AR, Virtual Production etc.
- Line manage, mentor and develop junior producers, supporting their growth and progression within their roles and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external production partners, including production houses, post-production facilities, freelance crew.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and are produced to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the creative team throughout all stages of development and production to ensure projects are executed in line with the creative brief, are within budget, and conform with all production protocols.
- Liaise with the in-house Post-Production producer to ensure the appropriate resources and scheduling are in place and quality and consistency is achieved.
- Deliver digital content for social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn) in line with the campaign content strategy and brand guidelines.
- Supervise the production of a variety of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content.
- Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards, valuing diverse perspectives in our creative output.
- Communicate thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Some experiential experience is desirable.
- Report directly to the Head of Production on all projects.
- Assess project risk on an ongoing basis, communicating with Head of Production, creative, and CS team on production feasibilities and any potential challenges regarding time and budget.
- Drive projects to completion by keeping the team both on track and highly motivated.
- Own all aspects of each production you are working on, ensuring projects are adequately managed and completed to agency and clients’ expectations with essential QC of all assets.
- A master at budgeting, negotiating, and rigorously tracking third-party costs and reconciling projects on time and in budget.
- Liaise with and coordinate multiple third-party suppliers, enforcing preferred supplier agreements.
- Relevant experience in a similar role producing multimedia projects of various sizes across broadcast, non-broadcast, content, and corporate.
- Experience working as an Integrated Producer in creative, advertising, or integrated agencies or within independent production companies.
- Established experience of running a variety of end-to-end integrated projects and campaigns across multiple channels, including TVC/print/digital/social/radio.
- Proven track record of managing production projects within an agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, including sourcing great talent, budget management, and project scheduling.
- A good knowledge of Production Houses, Directors, Photographers, CGI companies, and related artists.
- Strong knowledge of copyright laws and usage rights.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budget constraints and resource optimization.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, social best practices, and formats.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring excellent quality on every project.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and diverse client needs.
- Expertise in budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience of talent negotiations and contracting including working with Influencers.
- Be sociable, positive, resourceful, and commercially minded.
