Today, thousands of users are transforming the way they design business applications and collaborate across their entire organization with Avonni.Avonni is a complex set of tools that are using Angular with high performance requirements: hundreds of users are working in real-time on designing and prototyping Lightning applications for Salesforce. While our initial approach has worked well to date, we are starting to push the performance limitations and we're working on a more powerful product. We are looking for an experienced frontend developer based in Montreal to help architect and build out the next version of Avonni's apps.What will you be doing?Collaborate with your teammates to build and improve high-traffic web applicationsDrive and deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into featuresParticipate in code reviews and help to guide software architecture decisionsRamp on new web technologies that will make Avonni betterFind elegant solutions to usability problemsWhat skills and experience do you need?2+ years of industry experience building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications2+ years of experience with AngularKnowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Angular RxJS, React…Product minded: committed to building the best user experienceAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environmentUnderstand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism
