SITUATION IN ORGANIZATIONReporting to Lead, Oil Export Operations (N+1)Head, Strategic Production Forecast & Export Operations (N+2)ACCOUNTABILITIESTo administer all the daily Oil Export operations to co-ordinate with QatarEnergy and NOC marketing, export technical assistant, inspection companies, aviation and FSO Senior Terminal Supervisor.To update the daily production, FSO stock and sales volume to identify any issues with the lifting program and assist the FSOs in planning daily lifting scheduleTo coordinate the information flow between FSO Senior Terminal Supervisors, QatarEnergy marketing and Export Team with daily plan and future production forecast impact to ensure smooth coordination between all parties.To handle the inspection companies' bookings with AviationTo ensure buyer requirements are met through QatarEnergy sales and marketing channel in line with the lifting schedule.To ensure smooth co-operation between Oil export, QatarEnergy sales and QatarEnergy marketing team to ensure the stability of the lifting operations and that the right information is communicated to the Terminal at all times.JOB DIMENSIONSCo-ordinate between Export Team, Senior Terminal Supervisors, QatarEnergy marketing, NOC Finance & Marketing.Actively participate in daily communications and requirement from/to QatarEnergy Marketing and the FSO Senior Terminal Supervisors.Ensure safe delivery of Bills of Lading and original export documents to QatarEnergy Marketing.Handle updates of the Oil Export PDMS system.Crude Oil Export: yearly sales ranging from 160 to 190 cargoes in parcels of 500 or 600 kbbl.Part of 24/7 duty phone rotation for export operations.ACTIVITIESTo manage the daily operations by timely receiving shipment documentation instructions from consignee through QatarEnergyDaily monitor and update the FSO Stock/inventory along with the produced oil from all locations to each FSO and ensure that total inventory, Export (meters) and Prod (Ullage) are entered into the active live lifting schedule efficientlyTo update the Export operation log to ensure the presentation to QatarEnergy in a monthly basis is up-todate.To update the active Export Checklist with all received data from different stakeholders to ensure all steps are complete and take appropriate actions if relevant information are missing.To monitor the vessel nominations and approvals between the FSO Senior Terminal Supervisors and QatarEnergy marketing to ensure the validation is done within 24 hours.To monitor and track documentation instructions and inspection nomination deadlines to highlight to QatarEnergy if any delays.To update the Oil Export PDMS system with all details required for each shipment (vessel details, agents, Stakeholders, Bill of Lading information.) and ensure the FSO Senior Terminal Supervisor has all the informationTo ensure safe receipt of Bills of Lading and original shipment documents from offshore in liaison with FSO HLO, Aviation and general services and forward them to QatarEnergy Marketing to ensure NOC will be paid with the sales revenues.To issue the total actual shipments after receiving each Discharge Report from each FSO Senior Terminal Supervisor for each month end including a breakdown for each loading to distribute to concern parties.To establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders (QatarEnergy, Agents, Inspection companies) and internal (Offshore, Operation Centre, Finance, Aviation, Legal) to ensure smooth operations.All staff must be willing to participate in crisis response training and to assist during emergency response situations if required.Prepare for and participate in the weekly and monthly department meetings.CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENTOffice Based, occasionally required to attend meetings with QatarEnergy, Inspectors and Agencies.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelors degree in a relevant fieldVery good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to structure the daily work in an often fast paced environmentAbility to handle multiple assignments whilst ensuring high and timely quality of workGood interpersonal SkillsVery good command of English both written and oralAbility to learn and make use of other IT systems
