Project Manager - IT Transformation

Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading Dublin based client. Working closely with the IT Delivery Director, the Project Manager will contribute to the development of professional services within the strategic partnering team; support the Director (and peers), ensuring high standards and attention to detail at all times across projects which can vary in nature from regulatory, technology and strategy. The Project Manager will be a seasoned professional with strong IT Transformation experience across multiple industries and disciplines. The Project Manager will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management - hands-on ownership to mentoring, collaborating, advising and providing expertise at all levels and stages of a project (or program) to individuals & peers Change Management -understand the impact change brings to stakeholders, leverage your experience to ensure the correct planning is in place for successfulchange Strategic Leadership have the abilitytostepbackandseethebigpicture,the ability to advise in strategic transformation whether through tactical or long-termchanges Innovative Mindset -creative thinking with the ability to create new strategies to drive increasing value for projects. Current, Digital & Emerging Technology becomfortable understanding and engaging with technology, often complex in nature Commercial Management -familiarity with client-based engagements.
