We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft , Omnichannel implementation and Telephony integration. Experience with Health Cloud is a plus but not mandatory. This role will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet high business requirements while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. About the Role - Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft , Omnichannel and Telephony integration.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and partner/community solutions.
- Strong experience integrating external systems with Salesforce using Mulesoft, including both real-time and batch integrations.
- Expertise in Service Cloud and building customer service processes, including case management, service contracts, and knowledge base integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Telephony integration to enhance telephony services within Salesforce.
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.
