Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end EBO (COCO / FOFO) Stores OperationsAchieving topline and bottomline for the assigned store.Handling EBO Operations for COCO and FOFO Stores in the area.Ensuring profitability of the store in the assigned territories.Ensuring staff and merchandise availability.Maintaining VM / Product guidelines across stores.Liaising with key stakeholders: distributors, project team, and accounts.Principal Accountabilities:Cross-functional coordination with multiple internal teams until store opening.Creating a balance in store count/location growth and demand to ensure optimization and avoid cannibalization of existing stores.Periodic review with the franchisee on delivery vs promise grid to ensure the franchisee is getting the required ROI.
