You will work closely with our agents ensuring they are developing their skills such as Time Management, Communication and Customer Service. You will also act as our Brand Ambassador and represent Bayut at events for our product launches and client functions.In this position, you will:Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs to enhance morale, motivation, and employee engagement.Coordinate activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to continuously improve engagement strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce and promote our company's core values.Organise engagement events, workshops, and orientation sessions to support employee understanding & engagement.Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee needs, concerns, and suggestions.Assist in the development and execution of the employee onboarding process.
