Minimum Requirements:Should be fit, active and have the character and temperament to carry out the duties of a Steward.Should possess good communication skills and be of sound character.Should be polite, courteous and helpful to all supporters.Able to work days, evenings and/or weekends.Clean, with good hygiene habits.Communicates effectively.Multi-tasks efficiently.Organized, accurate and reliable.Prioritizes and works efficiently with limited supervision.Professional attitude and expectations.Positive and upbeat attitude and demeanour.Recognizes and resolves problems quickly and efficiently.Works in a team environment.Job SpecificationThe role of a Steward requires an individual who is physically fit and possesses a temperament suitable for the duties involved. Key responsibilities include effective communication, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and providing courteous assistance to supporters. The Steward must be organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively with limited supervision.
