Is adept and knowledgeable with the use of specific equipment. Is trained to efficiently operate the machines used for all treatments. Provide clients with pre- and post-treatment care. Explain all treatment procedures to clients. Perform skin analysis and evaluation to determine an appropriate treatment plan. Perform the required treatment in a time-efficient manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude. Advise and coordinate with clients on all aspects of the treatment and answer any questions or concerns they may have in a professional and friendly manner. Speak with clients about additional services and recommendations. Answer client's questions or concerns about treatments and/or products. Manage clients with grace, even during peak demand. Inform clients about new treatments and discounts. Upsell treatments and products when appropriate. Proactively identify and resolve client issues using a protocol system. Skilled and well-trained in assisting with Dermatology treatments. BLS, mandatory training, infection control training, and health and safety training. Computer literate in Microsoft Word/excel and able to answer formal emails as well as make bookings. Personal Traits Should be positive and self-motivated. Should take initiative. Should be service-oriented and client-focused. Should be able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. Should display clarity of speech.
