JASARA PMC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Roads & Transport Senior Manager who is a Saudi National to join our team. As the Roads & Transport Senior Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing transportation and road infrastructure projects on a key Riyadh based project. You will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of road networks and transportation systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for civil engineering and a track record of success in managing complex transportation projects.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of road infrastructure projects in Saudi ArabiaEnsure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsDevelop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedulesCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project deliveryMonitor project progress, risks, and issues, and implement appropriate corrective actionsProvide technical expertise and guidance in road design, traffic management, and transportation planningManage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staffQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in road construction and transportation managementSaudi Nationality is a mustStrong knowledge of road design principles, transportation planning, and traffic managementPrevious experience in managing large-scale transportation projectsIn-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian road construction regulations and standardsProficiency in project management softwareExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage and lead a diverse teamPMP certification is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organizationBe part of a collaborative and supportive team
