As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Community Manager to join our Riyadh office, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to our client's social media endeavors.

The Role:

The Community Manager will be the voice, tone, and moderator of our clients' brands on social media. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about building and nurturing online communities.

You will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence, engaging with their audiences, and developing strategies that align with their overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience.

Publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, tweets, and stories.

Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.

Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.

Liaise with clients to stay updated on new products and features.

Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role.

Must be based in Riyadh with a deep understanding of the local culture and digital landscape.

Proven work portfolio as a Community Manager or in a related field.

Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
