Great programming skills (structured programming, OOP, preferably some knowledge of MVC architecture).

Experience of working as a team lead, managing a team of 2 or more programmers, designers and being responsible for timely and successful completion of projects.

Great communication skills.

The ability to work as instructed, pay attention to details, and also act proactively when required.

The ability to give required results within tight deadlines.
