Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Location: London, PaddingtonCompany Overview: A prominent distributor in the fashion and beauty retail industry, partnering with iconic brands such as Dolce & Gabbana and Britney Spears. We collaborate with renowned retailers, including Harrods and Boots, to deliver premium beauty products to diverse markets. Our mission is to ensure top-tier service in bringing luxury fragrances and beauty products to our clients.Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support the Supply Chain team in ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will manage key tasks such as product setup, order processing, and stock management while providing daily administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Key Responsibilities:Product Setup & Maintenance: Create and maintain SKU lists, manage data uploads on retailer portals, and ensure all product and pricing information is up-to-date.Order Creation & Management: Assist with creating and closing purchase orders, monitor order progress, and ensure timely execution.Weekly Stock Updates: Provide internal teams with weekly stock updates and act as the central point of contact for stock-related queries.Reporting: Generate regular reports for analysis and assist in summarising key data for decision-making.Inventory Management: Perform monthly stock reconciliations and support the planning and execution of the annual stock take.Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks.Qualifications:Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fieldsProficiency in Excel and experience with inventory management systemsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyBenefits:£29K annual salary + 10% performance-based bonus25 days annual leave£1,000 annual allocationIf you are interested, please apply and the relevant colleague will be in touch shortly.
