To be a successful Store Manager you will:
Lead and inspire your team to be their best.

Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities alongside the team.
Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, playing a part in the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value.
Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs.
