.NET Developer £55,000 Bristol (Hybrid) My client is a leading software company based in Bristol, specialising in developing innovative solutions for a niche industry. They are seeking a talented .NET Developer to join their growing team and contribute to the design and development of their software products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment, delivering impactful solutions that drive real business value. Role and Responsibilities: As a .NET Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes.
- Proven experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core).
- Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC/Web API and building RESTful services.
- Proficiency with SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Salary: up to £55,000.
