- At least 4 years Strong experience with Apigee core administration.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the APIGEE platform API Gateway.
- Lead root cause analysis session to understand cause of issues in Production and come up with solutions that will prevent them from happening in the future.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in the API Management and Gateway space (Mainly APIGEE ).
- Must have good verbal and written English communication skills - being able to articulate architecture concepts and solutions to developers, managers.
- Experience with integration security such as, OAuth, OAuth2 (SSL), WS-Security, Signatures and Encryption.
- Experience in API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, Splunk logging, latency (99th, 95th, median), monetization, and request and response modifications, using APIGEE Platform. SAML, Basic authentication.
- Experience with CICD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub), good understanding of REST API and JSON, XML.
- knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Cloud Security; Cloud platforms (preferred AWS/Azure).
