We are looking for a Media Director with a deep understanding of and passion for bringing best-in-class marketing & digital solutions to our clients. Supermom is a mar-tech company operating in the space of families and women. We have proprietary technologies to service clients in the area of first party data, crowd influencing, survey and insights - all with speed and scale. You must have a proven track record of account leadership and strategic planning experience across diverse channels in a media/creative/digital agency based in Singapore. You should possess a strong working knowledge of digital media landscape from both paid and organic perspective as well as non-digital channels to enhance outreach for our clients. We expect you to be bold and resilient, with a relentless ambition to deliver towards clients’ business and marketing objectives as well as drive agency’s revenue growth. This role reports to the Revenue Growth Director Key responsibilities: You will serve as the thought leader in aligning strategic thinking with client’s business goals and marketing objectives among internal and external stakeholders to drive tangible growth for clients. Key custodian of clients’ media and trading investment across digital channels to meet agency’s revenue growth targets. Lead strategic planning and direct team members to support in the development of award-winning campaigns by delivering best-in-class work with strong business outcomes. Strategise and manage partnership projects with key media partners, content publishers, KOLs to create and deliver effective social and content campaigns for clients. Lead collaboration with specialist teams to formulate effective solutions to drive campaign fulfillments. Maximize margins achieved from every project, ensuring forecasts are always met in the agreed time period. Oversee and quality control of campaign activation to ensure client objectives are met. Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identify and implement process improvements. Minimum requirements: Minimum 6 years working experience in social, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies and at least 2 years in a managerial position. Proven experience in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results for B2 C. Familiar with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management. Proficient in English speaking and written language preferred. Excellent eye for detail. Possess good time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner. Capable to execute basic MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Cultural Fit: You have the eagerness to learn and the generosity to teach.
