About the Role: As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cape Town branch, focusing on sales, distribution, and logistics. Leading a team of 10-15, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, manage branch performance, and implement effective sales strategies. The role doesn’t require specific industry knowledge in chemicals; instead, a strong leadership background with sales expertise will be key. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage branch operations, including sales, P & L management, distribution, and logistics;
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment;
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch’s market presence;
• Ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and effective resource allocation;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet company objectives and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Proven experience in a senior management role, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills;
• Sales expertise with a track record of driving growth and managing operational performance;
• Ability to oversee distribution and logistics functions to ensure seamless operations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
