Role Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Drive strategy & business analysis for all the brands. Develop the Annual Marketing plan, communicate the plan to the team, and manage the successful implementation of the plan across META.
- Work closely with regional Sales and leadership team for growing Fire revenue & Market share. Define and segment channel customers (System Integrators/Re-Sellers). Create mechanisms to capture true voice of customer and translate it into customer segment specific marketing and sales strategy.
- Conduct regular Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer surveys to understand the Product Gaps. Identify suitable vendors and products to fill gaps in product portfolio.
- Marketing: Drive new product launches by working with the Marketing Communications team to create awareness among customers and sales team.
- Generate internal and external communications and ensure delivery to the team/partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing Communication team for Website updates, leaflets, brochures, events, promotional schemes, and EDM.
- Plan and drive Marketing events like Exhibitions, Seminars, Branch Events, and Expos by working closely with Distributors and Key customers.
- Develop META based product brochures and arrange Product Roadshows for META.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing.
- Ensure correct Pricing and Positioning of the products. Track competition pricing to understand Market Operating prices of products.
- Drive Product knowledge and competence to internal team and customers by organizing regular product trainings on Fire across branches through Technical Team and directly to partners.
- Help Supply Chain Team in streamlining Product codes, Min Max levels, re-ordering, and forecast ordering.
- Conduct Competition and Market pricing Analysis.
- Manage PNNs & release notes, Literature, and Certification Management.
- Manage the entire Product life cycle from Strategic Planning to Successful launch of new products to drive Revenue, Gross Margin, and Market Share.
- Work closely with CS team on day-to-day challenges related to product.
- Prepare product-related/clarification letters requested by customers.
- Deliver product presentations to the Key End-Users/consultants in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Update and prepare the CPDs to enhance the approach.
- Regularly update and share product presentations with the team.
- Minimum of 3-5 years prior relevant experience in Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills both spoken and written.
- Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems to make enhancements within job area.
- University Degree or equivalent.
