Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the underground pipeline project, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with KGOC and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, reporting, and updates on project progress.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management processes to ensure project safety and compliance.
- Monitor project expenses, manage budget allocation, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with KGOC requirements, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience working on pipeline projects, preferably with KNPC or similar oil and gas companies.
- Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction, project management methodologies, and safety protocols.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
