Project Manager

Skillset: PMP Only Nationals of the Country for which the Job is posted.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the underground pipeline project, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact with KGOC and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, reporting, and updates on project progress.
3. Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution, including labor, materials, and equipment.
4. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management processes to ensure project safety and compliance.
5. Monitor project expenses, manage budget allocation, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.
6. Ensure all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with KGOC requirements, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
7. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
8. Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
2. Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry.
3. Proven experience working on pipeline projects, preferably with KNPC or similar oil and gas companies.
4. Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction, project management methodologies, and safety protocols.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
6. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
7. Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.
