We currently have a number of exciting Sous Chef positions across the UAE supporting existing teams as well as building new teams as part of pre-opening. Supporting the Head Chef in running the BOH effectively, our Sous Chefs play a vital role in ensuring the food we produce for our guests is of the highest standards. Some key responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally, and that the teams are fully prepared and ready for each service.
- Provide support and training to all members of the BOH team with a strong emphasis on supporting career development.
- Effectively manage stock, storage, and equipment as per SOPs - working with relevant stakeholders to overcome any issues.
