Overview of the role Ensure a seamless customer journey by offering an inspiring and rewarding customer experience with great quality for last mile services Journey. This includes in particular:- Support the market Service Fulfilment team by working with IT solutions (platform) for the market.
- Carry out the tasks of capacity management to improve overall performance of last mile delivery of services for both stores and online orders by ensuring up to date and accurate services capacities.
- Contribute to the development of business and people and implement, assess standards, guidelines and policies within your area of expertise.
- Build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers and service providers by ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the brand.
- Use Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify areas for improvement and share insights with stores, service providers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that capacity for both store and online orders are maintained with the correct system set up.
- Define and maintain short and mid-term service and capacity parameters based on available forecasts.
- Prepare Service Providers set up in the system.
- Ensure all services are linked to the correct template.
- Contribute to the short- and mid-term development of existing service partners through training in processes and systems.
- Prepare appropriate plans and schedules to meet Delivery and Assembly needs.
- Secure accurate reporting of service costs through efficient and accurate reconciliation of invoicing of contract costs and connected analysis.
- Maintain KPI reports and prepare an action plan for areas of concern.
- Prepare the daily delivery and assembly schedule of stores and online orders.
- Ensure all delivery and assembly jobs are routed with accurate data recording.
- Ensure efficient allocation of fleet resources to meet productivity and lead time criteria.
- Monitor contingency plans to meet Delivery and Assembly needs in the field with service providers.
- Ensure adherence to all system procedures as per policy/SOPs.
- Monitor feedback from service providers and implement action plans accordingly.
- Increase productivity of service providers through efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor and utilize the transport management system to reduce repetitive work.
- Contribute to the department’s action plan and take ownership for its delivery.
- Ensure availability to help and support colleagues when needed.
- Actively work together with other store functions to continuously improve the shopping experience for customers to drive sustained long-term profitability.
- Value other colleagues’ ways of working.
- Share knowledge with other colleagues and encourage them to do the same.

- Follow department guidelines and processes to ensure optimal efficiency of the Routing department.
