The successful candidate will have expertise in repairing vehicle dents, dings, and minor body damage using specialized tools and techniques without requiring paintwork.This role is essential to providing high-quality automotive restoration and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of customer vehicles. Job Description:
- Identify dents caused by various factors, such as hail damage and minor collisions, without the need for painting.
- Prepare precise cost estimates for repair or modification work.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their repairs to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Restore damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents.
- Maintain and clean all tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and free of contamination.
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding hazardous materials.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized to enhance efficiency.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist the Bodyshop Manager with any additional tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in paintless dent repair
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively inform customers about repair progress.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations concerning hazardous materials.
