Job Description: Sr. Executive Talent Management & HR Analytics. Overview: This role manages HR technology, data integrity, and talent initiatives. Responsibilities include leading HRIS projects, maintaining data accuracy, creating HR dashboards, and supporting talent and performance management. The candidate will also drive employee engagement and use HR analytics to provide insights for leadership. Strong communication and HR tech expertise are essential. Responsibilities: HR Technology, Data, and Project Management:
- Conduct regular checks and updates to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR system.
- Lead HR technology advancements, implement best practices, and perform system upgrades, integrations, and data conversions.
- Conduct HR data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to improve HR Tech processes.
- Develop and execute people and culture initiatives, comprehensive dashboards, and communication plans.
- Support talent management by designing and rolling out organization-wide communications.
- Identify high-potential employees per the Talent Management Framework, facilitate IDP discussions, and oversee IDP implementation.
- Manage the performance management process, data collection, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Design and implement employee satisfaction surveys, leveraging feedback to inform improvement initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to track and report on talent management metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Support employee engagement programs that align with company values and goals.
- Passion for HR technology, talent management, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive data-based insights.
- Experience in managing HRIS systems, performance management, and talent analytics.
