Ensure company financial health and profitability developing and monitoring budgets forecasting financial targets and implementing cost-effective measures. Provide strong leadership to the executive team and key stakeholders setting the overall direction inspiring and motivating employees and fostering a high-performance culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including the managing director board of directors business partners government authorities and regulatory bodies. Stay abreast of industry trends innovations and emerging opportunities participating in industry events conferences and forums to establish the company as a leader and influencer. Requirements:
