Food & Beverage - Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:The Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the food and beverage outlets. They will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.Job Responsibility:- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or special requests.- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.- upsell menu items and promote special promotions.- Handle payments and operate the POS system.- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Team player with a positive attitude.- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.- Certification in food safety training is a plus.
