Teams include commercial, operations, marketing and strategy, and teams in the UK&I partner with global departments such as product, technology and consumer. You will be based in London but will have opportunities to visit our Editions sites as well as the partners we work with in person.The RoleWe are looking for a Commercial/Account Manager to join Editions, our network of delivery only kitchens which connects growing businesses with hungry customers in brand new areas. Your role will be focused on driving the growth of this segment.It will be commercially focused and requires cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, sales and strategy to ensure Editions is performing to its best.You will own relationships with some of Deliveroo's most famous brands and be expected to develop strategies to help your accounts grow and be successful. A confident seller, you will also be responsible for sourcing and bringing on new restaurant partners into Editions.This is a role for a data-driven and ambitious individual who is looking for strong commercial & strategic business experience.What you'll be doing:Strategic account management: Build strong relationships with our restaurant partnersSales growth: Build marketing plans and strategies to grow salesPortfolio management: Expand the right restaurants to the right locations across our portfolio of sitesBusiness Development: Source new restaurant partners for Editions and bring them on board. You will be comfortable with the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to pitching to closingNew business: Ideate and execute on new business models to drive incremental revenueReporting and analytics: Utilise data across your role to make the best possible decisionsRequirements2+ years experience in account management or commercial rolesLooking for a jump into exciting startup environmentStrong commercial acumen and comfortable understanding and using dataExperience in working in a dynamic high-growth company is preferableWhy DeliverooOur mission is to be the definitive food company.
