Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Solicitor

This exceptional firm is expanding their Housing Disrepair department due to consistent and impressive growth and are looking for their next team member to be at fee earner or qualified solicitor level with varying PQE. A must is that the successful candidate will have previous experience and a good knowledge of housing disrepair.Qualifications:At least three years of running your own caseload of housing disrepair claims.Skills/CompetenciesA complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation and relevant case lawBe able to work with minimal supervision when requiredAn ability to work as a teamA proven billing recordAbility to keep calm and deliver results in a performance-driven environmentA proven history in litigationSQE/LPC qualified is not a requirement but they are taking applications from qualified candidates as well as non-qualified.A working knowledge of compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct and accounts rulesThis firm rates personal qualities almost as high as relevant experience, as they are looking for someone who can not only get the job done but to work well within the team and make the transition of adding a new team member as seamless as possible with drive, dedication, commitment and teamwork.If you believe this role matches your experience and skill set please don't hesitate to apply!
