An established architectural practice is urgently seeking a qualified Architect with at least 1 year of post-Part III experience (or a highly responsible Architectural Assistant). They need a motivated, organised problem-solver who thrives on delivering practical solutions, primarily in commercial (retail/logistics) and residential projects.
This mixed-use architectural practice is known for its creative, practical, and straightforward approach, emphasising good design in everyday spaces and fostering a friendly, balanced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects across RIBA stages, liaising with clients and consultants.
Oversee project finances, schedules, and resources.
Support team members and contribute to practice growth.
Requirements:
ARB-registered Architect or experienced Architectural Assistant.
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills (SketchUp is a plus).
Experience in commercial and residential sectors.
UK-based with the right to work here permanently.
