Director of Software Development opportunity with Limerick based SaaS project house. This person will manage the key strategic direction and leadership for a significant Development team. This is a hybrid working role (1-2 days in Limerick) and salary guide is 120-130K + 15% bonus + benefits Responsibilities Strategic leadership for c100 Developers across 5 teams Cultivate a performance driven highly innovative culture Provide paths for career growth through mentoring and coaching Drive productivity and engineering best practices Coordinate with key stakeholders, CTO and exec leadership teams Requirements 15+ years in software development leadership including as a manager-of-managers Experience in SaaS product company for B2B environments Deep knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies You can build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and across functions. Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders Experience within highly regulated sectors / GxP / Pharmaceutical / MedTech etc Skills: Director Software Development SAAS
