BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years process manufacturing experience OR Mechanical Engineering Graduate with placement experience. High level of computer literacy (programming experience would be beneficial) Exposure to Validations ( running or leading a validation) Self-motivated, good leadership & communication skills, problem-solving & project management.
