Key Responsibilities: Communication:Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing friendly and professional service to clients and colleagues. Administrative Support:Assist sales and letting agents with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Data Management:Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date property records. Marketing Support:Create eye-catching brochures and window displays to promote property listings. Document Handling:Write letters, organize filing systems, and manage documentation efficiently. Skills & Qualifications: Interest in Property:A strong interest in property, sales, and auctioneering. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills:Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to Learn:Open to gaining new skills and building a long-term career in the property industry. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential, as training will be provided.
