Job Title: Lead Front End Developer Location: Remote from Northern Ireland About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Front End Developer to guide our client's front-end team in creating exceptional, user-centric web applications. This role will be instrumental in defining the architectural direction and ensuring high standards in front-end development across projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, scalable Angular applications.
- Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to design engaging and intuitive interfaces.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers, promoting best practices and a collaborative environment.
- Architect and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Angular code.
- Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and leading teams.
