About the role: Permanent Part Time position Capecare are seeking Team Leaders to provide leadership and direction to teams of Carers. The successful candidate will promote a culture of resident-centred care, ensuring exemplary care is provided to all residents. Morning and evening shifts are available at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

- Provide care according to care and service plans
- Provide care team with relevant handover information
- Coordinate care staff workflow
- Support new residents in transition into residential care
- Lead care staff to ensure accurate reporting, delegation of tasks and working as an effective team
- Assist registered nurses, facility manager, allied health team, lifestyle team and roster coordinator to provide a high level of care
- Provide a consistent point of contact for residents and their families.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a carer
- Certificate III in aged care
- Previous experience in supervisor or leadership role
