As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of ten to fifteen salespeople, selling replacement windows and doors directly to consumers. You will represent a superior product that is more expensive than the competitors and have experience leading a B2C sales team whose sales process requires a one-call close. The territory is the Greater Toronto Area, and much of your time will be spent in the field. This role will require some evening and weekend support, as the sales team requires. You will lead, manage, oversee performance, implement sales strategies and KPIs, and work closely and support the sales team. This role is a new and additional sales management position created due to growth, and I will report to the company's president.
