Job Description This role assists clients telephonically or face to face, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. Customer focused role. Provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers. Adheres to service and quality standards. Adheres to business, process and compliance rules. Moderate to high level of technical knowledge. Multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area. Skills Education Closing Date 12 November 2024 The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit in question.
