Job details
- Dynamic Salesperson, Self-Driven & Motivated
- Recommend annual sales and profit budget for own segment, based on past performance and expected future demand. Upon approval from Sales Manager, ensure achievement of projected targets.
- Effectively assess current market demand and generate future demand for Lighting products to enhance market share and profitability.
- Review actual sales against budget regularly and ensure that sales are proceeding in accordance with projections.
- Maintain a good and accurate project pipeline, providing reports on time and updating the system regularly with correct information.
- Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to establish and maintain healthy and profitable relationships, and to find out their present and future demands to meet them in time.
- Conduct market intelligence surveys to keep track of competitors' business policies, pricing structures, discount policies, etc., to support the team’s business strategies to beat the competition.
- Regularly monitor the outstanding debt statement and follow up to ensure collection of credit in time and in full to avoid loss of money or litigation.
- Lighting Controls Knowledge & Experience is desired and considered an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
