Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze warranty claims submitted by customers or service providers to determine validity and eligibility.
  2. Thoroughly examine documentation accompanying warranty claims, including repair orders, invoices, and product serial numbers, to verify accuracy and completeness.
  3. Conduct on-site inspections or audits as necessary to assess product defects, damages, or failures reported in warranty claims.
  4. Ensure that all warranty claims comply with company policies, warranty terms, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate with customers, dealerships, and service providers to gather additional information, clarify details, or provide updates on claim status.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate settlements or resolutions for warranty claims, balancing customer satisfaction with company interests.
  7. Identify underlying causes of product defects or failures reported in warranty claims and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  8. Compile and analyze data related to warranty claims, trends, and patterns to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing warranty claim activities, findings, and recommendations for management review.
  10. Continuously evaluate and refine warranty claim processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and minimize financial losses.
