Key Responsibilities
- Business partner with appropriate business units to provide financial support to manage and monitor budget to actuals to achieve greater accuracy in forecasting
- Lead and drive branch annual planning process; Support business in formulating its budget and forecast.
- Provide meaningful variance analysis on monthly basis
- Develop and maintain financial reports by using nominated reporting tools
- Monitor productive labor timesheet submission and analysis of labour utilization
- Drive efficiencies through continuous improvement and reporting standardization
- Work with Accounting team to account for cost and revenue accruals where applies in accordance with accounting standard and internal process
- Provide finance support in formulating business case and service pricing
- Contribution to Allianz Group initiatives, e.g., Gearshift, IT Economics
- Lead and coach team members to develop capability, build high performing, collaborative and engaged teams, enabled by robust talent development plans, balanced performance priorities and role descriptions
- Seek out diversity in all its forms proactively and to embed inclusive work practices daily to drive innovation and fresh perspectives for the benefit of our people, our business and for the customers and communities in which we operate
- Understand customer insights and feedback. Lead delivery on the strategy and plan that puts the best interests of our customers
- Fulfil individual risk and compliance related obligations, provide clarity and monitor team's adherence to relevant policies and procedures to drive desired behaviors and implement a proactive and risk-aware management culture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar (CPA or CA equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in management reporting and variance analysis.
- Proactive in problem solving and able to communicate complex financial information and translate into business insights.
- Experience with financial and management reporting, including PowerBI, dashboard, tables, analysis and report writing.
- Collaborative and team player with a hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen insights
- Experience in the application of systems that are relevant for controlling will be plus, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW.
