Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients, ensuring that their financial planning and analysis processes are streamlined and efficient. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions that meet their objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients, including configuration, integration, and testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide expert advice on best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the solution. Continuously evaluate and optimize existing implementations to enhance performance and meet evolving business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Adaptive Planning functionality. Stay current with updates and new features of Workday Adaptive Planning, advising clients on potential improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation and support. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
