Solutions Analyst - Automated Testing

JOB DESCRIPTION JP Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) is a global leader in banking, markets, and investor services, trusted by the world's most significant corporations, governments, and institutions in over 100 countries. As a part of J.P. Morgan in Bahrain, the Test Integration & Implementation (TII) organization plays a crucial role in the Payments Stability & Resiliency group, focusing on the development of a comprehensive Payments-wide testing model. As a Solutions Analyst - Automated Testing within the Test Integration & Implementation (TII) organization, you will play a key role in the development of a Payments-wide testing model. You will be responsible for understanding business and functional requirements, preparing and executing test plans, and working closely with various teams to enhance product and process knowledge. Job Responsibilities

• Drive Payment Tech internal & client testing standards for a front-to-back, integrated testing approach within SDLC.
• Design and management of a Test Product offering to clients.
• Build and maintain lower environments and improve incident management.
• Read and understand Business Requirement / Functional Requirement Documents.
• Prepare and execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Identify defects and coordinate with key partner teams to ensure defect closure.
• Provide support to the Operations Team by training the team on new functions/applications being deployed to production.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all system applications pertaining to the job as well as keeping a level of proficiency on system enhancements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written and oral expression.
• Adapt to shift timings and adhere to the business needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Graduates with good academic record.
• Working knowledge of Selenium, Python, Java, BDD Cucumber and/or Data Engineering Methodologies.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate internally or externally at all levels and be a team player.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow through.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Testing Course Certified / ISTQB Certified is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx is a plus.
• An acute client focus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
