Compile and distribute financial data. Provide accounting support to the Accounting Supervisor.DUTIES:Supervise day to day duties of professional and clerical staff. This includes but is not limited to review of Account Analysis, financial reporting schedules, and Journal Voucher preparation and posting during the month end close process.Maintain the integrity of all assigned company(s) balance sheet accounts.Prepare Corporate office SIM report.Perform and Supervise Corporate Bank accounts reconciliation process.Supervise Corporate overhead P&L variance analysis.Oversee Holding Company Accounting.Perform Equity Roll forward.Prepare and record insurance invoices.Maintain Month End Close schedule.Coordinate Internal Control projects as assigned.Maintain Dividends schedule and account for dividends declaration.Oversee Company Commitments (Capital Vs. Very good communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of moderately complex procedures and practices of accounting. Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain good working relationship with co-workers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Good oral and written communications skills; possess high level of self-integrity, ingenuity and initiative.
