Job title: Business Analyst, Digital Strategy & ImplementationLocation: HyderabadJob Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst - Digital Strategy & Implementation to support our efforts in launching and managing digital products for skilling programs in colleges. This role involves gathering feedback from students, tracking program impact, creating dashboards, and helping improve the user experience of our products - online & offline. The ideal candidate should be open to traveling across various locations to engage with potential users and gather insights.Key Responsibilities:Meet with students and users from colleges to gather feedback on their experience with digital products. Share insights with the product team to drive UX improvements and feature prioritization.Work with product and go-to-market teams to collect data on how many students we've impacted each day with relevant impact metrics.Create reports (Excel, Power BI) and snapshots of student impact to share with the team.Travel to different locations in the country to meet potential users and gather on-the-ground insights to ensure the products meet real-world needs.Create product requirement documents (PRDs) based on feedback from users and stakeholders.Maintain regular contact with selected colleges to monitor program performance and provide support as needed, helping to establish reference campuses.Help create and regularly update dashboards to show key metrics, such as student participation and program effectiveness.Prepare presentations on project progress, status updates, and future plans for internal and leadership meetings.Qualifications:Strong understanding of product management, data analysis, and user experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.Experience in building reports, dashboards (Power BI, Excel), and presentations.Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project/ MS Excel/ Azure Board/ etc.) to track project progress and deliverables is an added advantage.Interest in education technology and working with students or educational institutions.
