Role Description Our client is a small law firm, based in Johannesburg, and they are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary, to join their team. They are looking for someone to start in Immediately Skills and Experience Requirements Matric and/or conveyancing paralegal certificate Minimum 3 - 7 Years' Experience as Conveyancing Secretary Experience in Lexis Convey, e4 & Microsoft Office Must have experience in Deceased Estates Competencies Preparing files accurately and according to specifications Preparing documents for signature and lodgement Initial contact Weekly reporting to all related parties Be able to work independently, with high volumes and under pressure Well spoken (excellent verbal & written communication skills) FICA administration, following up to ensure the FICA requirements are complete Ensure the filing system is kept up to date (hard copy and electronic) Remuneration R8K - R10K
