ResponsibilitiesGuide and support teachers and assistant teachers within the ECCE centers, offering mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Serve as a role model for effective teaching practices and pedagogical approaches in early childhood education, demonstrating exemplary skills in areas such as child observation, curriculum planning, and positive behavior management.
Collaborate with teachers and assistant teachers to identify areas for professional growth and development, designing personalized learning plans and providing feedback to support their continuous improvement.
Encourage teachers and assistant teachers to engage in reflective practice, facilitating opportunities for self-assessment, critical reflection, and goal setting to enhance teaching effectiveness and promote continuous learning.
Assist teachers in developing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that are aligned with best practices in early childhood education and the center's philosophy and goals.
Conduct regular observations and assessments of classroom practices, environments, and interactions to ensure high-quality early childhood programming that promotes children's holistic development.
