JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Manager to join our team. As a reputable engineering firm specializing in social infrastructure programs, JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering excellence and making a positive impact in our communities. With our extensive portfolio of projects, we offer a unique opportunity to work on challenging and impactful initiatives.Responsibilities Lead and oversee the civil engineering department, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to the team. Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications for construction. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering within multidisciplinary projects. Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in civil engineering practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex civil engineering matters.
