MBR Partners is seeking a Service Operations Manager for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.Experience:At least 4 years of experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions and applications.Proven experience in training and building strong customer relationships.Experience in process management, including ticketing, support, and SLA.Demonstrated ability to produce innovative ideas on applications and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the service operation and product management of IT solutions and applications.Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and build strong customer relationships.Develop and implement effective training programs for both internal teams and customers.Streamline processes, including ticketing, support, and meeting SLA requirements.Lead and mentor teams to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.Drive innovation by generating and implementing creative ideas for applications and solutions.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skills and Qualities:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Extensive experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions.Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Expertise in process management, ticketing, support, and meeting SLA requirements.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership and mentorship skills.Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for applications and solutions.If you are a results-driven Operations Manager with a passion for improving IT solutions and applications while building strong customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.
