As a Trainee Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey to become a proficient consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, one of the leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology. You will work closely with our experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience, training, and mentorship, while contributing to the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O projects.Key Responsibilities
Training and Learning:Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on Dynamics 365 F&O consulting, including its modules, features, best practices & consulting services.
Client Interaction:Shadow senior consultants during client meetings, gathering requirements, and understanding client needs.
Configuration and Customization:Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O based on client requirements, including data migration and system integration tasks.
Testing and Quality Assurance:Collaborate with the project team to conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the system meets client expectations.
Documentation:Assist in documenting system configurations, user guides, and project documentation.
Problem Solving:Work with the project team to identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise during implementation.
Client Support:Provide client support during the post-implementation phase, helping with user training and addressing minor issues.
Continuous Learning:Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies to contribute effectively to projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably CA & ACCA), BS Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in ERP systems, business processes, and technology.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and business processes is a plus.
