Company Description:Vision Telecom is an IT and Telecommunication Services provider and System Integrator with extensive experience in designing and delivering terrestrial network solutions across Pakistan.
Job Description:Diagnose and escalate network issues and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.
Perform routine monitoring and manage the maintenance of network infrastructure.
Ensure closure of issues via email/phone correspondence with various stakeholders.
Carry out the configuration of the various network elements to ensure service provisioning as per customer requirements.
Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects and resolving customer complaints.
Minimum Requirements:Degree Title:BSCS, BCS, MCS, MIT or any related certifications will be a plus.
Skills:Technical Skills: Networking Skills, CCNP, CCNA
